Procedure (Requirements)

REQUIREMENT FOR TRADEMARK REGISTRATION IN INDONESIA

1. Name and address of applicant ;
2. Nationality of applicant ;
3. 25 prints of mark with minimum size 2 x 2 cm and maximum 9 x 9 cm
4. List of goods or services to be filed ;
5. Power of Attorney and Declaration simply signed by the applicant and no legalization required.
6. Date and country of origin of first application as well as certified copy of the priority application if convention priority is claimed.

REQUIREMENT FOR COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION IN INDONESIA

1. Name and address of applicant ;
2. Assignment of right from inventor(s) to applicant(s)
3. Nationality of applicant ;
4. Description of product which wants to be registered
5. Power of Attorney and Declaration simply signed by the applicant and no legalization required.
6. Date and country of origin of first application as well as certified copy of the priority application if convention priority is claimed.
7. 15 prints of the device, 5 books and pamphlets related to art, lecture, speech, music, play, pantomime, broadcasting works, etc.

REQUIREMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGN REGISTRATION IN INDONESIA

1. Name and address of applicant ;
2. Assignment of right from inventor(s) to applicant(s)
3. Nationality of applicant ;
4. Description of product which wants to be registered
5. Power of Attorney and Declaration simply signed by the applicant and no legalization required.
6. Date and country of origin of first application as well as certified copy of the priority application if convention priority is claimed.
7. Physical specimen, drawing, photo and the description/explanation of the design.

REQUIREMENT FOR PATENT REGISTRATION IN INDONESIA

1. Name and address of applicant ;
2. Assignment of right from inventor(s) to applicant(s)
3. Nationality of applicant ;
4. Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant and no legalization required.
5. Date and country of origin of first application as well as certified copy of the priority application if convention priority is claimed.
6. Specification, including description, claims, abstract and drawing.
